Bayt AlSalam Suites Janzour Northeast project comprises the construction and management of a small compound of 7 residential buildings and a clubhouse. Bayt AlSalam Suites is one of the first private projects of its kind in the Libyan real estate market. Not only that, but this compound is strategically located to provide its residents with ease of access to the Tripoli Highway and other parts of the city.

Despite the difficult economical and political circumstances associated with the Libyan uprisings, Asr successfully finished more than 95% of Bayt AlSalam Suites and plans to complete the project by June 2024. The finishing and furnishing of Bayt Alsalam Suites Janzour Northeast residential units and facilities will be compatible to the international standards of luxurious residential compounds.

The project’s total area is about 20,820 square meters. The 7 residential buildings cover an area of 19,933 square meters and contain 108 apartments. The clubhouse building covers an area of 2,330 square meters and contains a reception area, a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, Multi purpose sport court, a social entertainment area, a business center and a cafeteria. Asr aims to lease all residential units while directly operating all facilities.

The project would provide wireless Internet and cable TV for all the units and the entertainment center. The compound would also have a security system 24 hour a day, surveillance cameras, fire distinguish applications, in addition to all other standard services.
